Ingredients:  
1 lb. lean ground beef
8 oz.pasta (elbow macaroni, or rotini)
1 c. minced white onions
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
3 1/2 qts. stewed tomatoes (Italian seasoned), chopped
cheddar and mozzarella cheeses

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and boil spaghetti. Add all ingredients in casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
This recipe originated from my grandmother, Lorene Williams. It is one of my favorites.
