2 (3oz) packages beef flavored ramen noodle soup mix
2 (8.5) packages of Cole slaw mix
1 cup of toasted almond slivers (put almonds on cookie sheet in 400 oven- keep watch as they burn quickly)
1 Cup of sunflower seeds
1 bunch of green scallions- chopped
1/2 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of vegetable oil
1/3 cup of white vinegar

Directions:
Remove flavor packets from soup mix and set aside. Crush noodles (I use a roller while they are still in the package). Place noodles on the bottom of a bowl. Top with slaw. Sprinkle with almonds, sunflower seeds, and green onions. Whisk together contents from flavor packets, sugar, oil and vinegar. Pour over slaw, cover and chill for 24 hours. Toss before serving.
