2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin puree
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
2 graham cracker pie shells
whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Beat together cream cheese and sugar. Add pumpkin and spices. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add salt and beat until creamy. Pour into the two pie crusts (could use 2 graham cracker crusts or make graham cracker crust for a 9 X 13 inch pan. Bake for 50 minutes. Let cool. Top with whipped cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
