1 lb. ground beef
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste

1 (6 oz.) pkg. of medium egg noodles
1 c. sour cream
1 bag of Mexican blend shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:

Cook ground beef in large skillet. Stir in chopped tomatoes, tomatoes with green chilies, sugar, salt, pepper, and tomato paste. Let simmer. Cook egg noodles. Drain and stir in sour cream.

Place noodle mixture in bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Top with beef mixture; sprinkle cheese evenly over top. Bake, covered with aluminum foil, at 350 for 35 minutes.
