1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. warm water
2 T. yeast
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 t. salt
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. raisins
8 c. flour
2 T. milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 T. ground cinnamon
2 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Warm the milk until it bubbles, then cool until lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in mixing bowl with warm water and let set until frothy. Mix in the eggs, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. butter and salt. Stir in cooled milk. Add the flour gradually to make a stiff dough. Knead dough for a few minutes and then place in a large, greased bowl. Cover and allow to rise until doubled. Roll out on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle 1/2 inch thick. Moisten dough with 2 T. milk. Mix together 3/4 c. sugar and 2 T. cinnamon, and sprinkle over dough, and sprinkle with raisins. Roll up tightly lengthwise, and cut the dough into three loaves. Tuck ends under and place into greased bread pans. Let rise for 1 hr. Bake at 350º for 45 min, or until lightly browned. Remove from pans and brush with melted butter.
