2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Grease just the sides of a 9 x 13 inch cake pan with butter or shortening. Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add (Wesson) oil, mix well. Add eggs, mix well. Add carrots, hand mix very gently (DO NOT USE MIXER to mix in carrots). Pour batter into cake pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 30 minutes.
