1 3/4 C. Corn Meal Mix
2 Eggs
1 Can Cream Style Corn
1/4 C. Vegetable Oil, plus 2 Tbsp. for Iron Skillet
2 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 or 3 Jalapeño Peppers, Diced

Preheat oven to 350º. Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in large 10" - 12" iron skillet. Mix all ingredients and pour into hot skillet. Place in oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until top of bread is browned
