Ingredients: 2 Blocks Cream Cheese Softened 1 lb Hot Breakfast Sausage 1 can Rotel Tomatoes Drained

Directions: |
Directions:Brown Sausage in Skillet breaking up as it cooks, drain well when done and put in microwave safe casserole dish. Add Cream Cheese and Rotel Tomatoes, Stir and pop in microwave to heat thru, continue mixing together every couple of minutes. Cream cheese looks like it does not melt because it holds its shape but it does and mixes well when stirred. I serve with Fritos or Tostitos. |

Personal
Notes: I originally got this from contributor Tiffanie Williams. It is so good that we ate leftovers cold right out of the refrigerator the next day. I use mild Rotel because the hot sausage packs a big bang...it you like really hot and spicy use the hot rotel tomatoes.
