6 cups of water
5 oz. regular or decaf. instant coffee
5 1/2 cups sugar
750 ml. - 1L vodka
750 ml. brandy
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla powder
vanilla beans
Directions:
Directions:
Bring water, coffee and sugar to a boil. Continue to boil for 15-30 minutes. Cool completely. Then add vodka, brandy and vanilla powder. Mix well. Store in tightly covered jars with 1 vanilla bean in each.
Be sure to shake well before serving. The longer it sits, the more the vanilla bean dissolves and the better it tastes!
