1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix 1 c. sweetened condensed milk 1 jar Mrs. Richardson Butterscotch Caramel 1 (12 oz.) container cool whip 4 reg. size Heath bars, crushed
Bake cake according to directions on the box. Cool for 10 minutes. Poke holes all over the cake with the end of a wooden spoon. Pour condensed milk and caramel over the warm cake. Let cool completely. Top with cool whip. Sprinkle with pieces of candy bar.
