4 Lb. ground chuck or hamburger
1 t garlic powder
2 t black pepper
1/4 C. tender quick salt
2 t. mustard seed
1 t. liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well,refrigerate 12 hours. Can stand 18-24 hours. Shape into 3 rolls, Bake at 225 for 3 hours. Place on rack to catch drippings while baking.
