1 pkg yeast Filling: 3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup shortening 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup cocoa Frosting: Powdered sugar
1/3 cup sugar milk
1 egg
2 1/4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add other ingredients using 1 cup flour. Beat until smooth. Stir in remaining flour to make a stiff dough. Let double in size.
Roll into a 12 x 8 rectangle. Spread with 1 tbsp. butter. Mix 3 tbsp. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and spread on dough. Roll up and slice in 1 inch slices. Put in greased 9 inch round pan. Let double in size again. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Drizzle powdered sugar frosting over warm rolls. (Combine powdered sugar with small amount milk to consistency to spread.)
