3 eggs
1 pat butter
4 oz. motzzerella cheese
1 small can pizza sauce
sausage and or mushrooms

Directions:
fry sausage in skillet when almost done add mushrooms and cook until tender. Set aside. Melt butter in 8 1/2 inch skillet. Break eggs in bowl and blend with a fork. Pour eggs in a bowl and blend with a fork. Pour eggs in skillet and heat until partially formed. Add pizza sauce, sausage and sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Place a lid on omelet until cheese melts. Serve while hot.
