1 Lb. ground beef
1/4 C. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 C. catsup
1/4 C. sour cream
10 oz. can refrigerated flaky biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375ºF. In large skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add salt, garlic powder, catsup and sour cream; mix well. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. On ungreased cookie sheet, press or roll each biscuit to a 4x4 inch square. Place approximately 1/4 cup of meat mixture on center of square. Fold over corner of square to form a triangle; seal edges with fork. Cut three 1/2 inch slits on top.

Bake at 375ºF for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with melted butter if desired.
