4 chicken breasts
1- 19 oz can Old ElPaso Enchilada Sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg shredded cheddar cheese
10-12 medium tortillas
1 white onion
1 pkg cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Cut chicken into small pieces and cook over medium heat until done. Add sliced onions to chicken. Add 3/4 can of Enchilada sauce, cream of mushroom soup and cream cheese. Mix and heat.

Fill tortillas with mixture, roll and place in greased baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas. Sprinkle top with cheese. Place in oven 15-20 minutes, until centers are hot.

I make it with low fat soup, cheddar cheese and cream cheese and it tastes great.
