16 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup salsa (plus more for dipping)
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 avocado (sliced thin)
1 tbsp lime juice
8 (8 in.) flour tortillas
2 cups fresh baby spinach
1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper (cut into strips)

Directions:
Directions:
1.Combine cream cheese, salsa, chili powder and salt. 2. Sprinkle avocado with lime to prevent browning. 3. Trim tortillas into squares by cutting rounded edges off. 4. Spread cream cheese mix on each tortilla. 5. Place two rows of spinach on each tortilla. 6. Top each row with bell peppers and avocado. 7. Roll tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. 8. Refrigerate at least 1 hour and slice.
