2 1/2 c. flour 4 tbs. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 2 room temp. sticks of butter 1 c. chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine sugar, vanilla and butter. Add flour a little at a time, along with nuts. Shape cookies into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Let cool and roll in confectioners sugar.
