1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 cube melted butter
2 c. bisquick
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients. Combine dry ingredients and add to the wet mixture. Pour into greased 9 in. square pan. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Let sit for 5 min. before cutting.

You can also double the recipe and cook in a 9 x 13 pan. If doubled, baking can take up to 45 min. or until a toothpick poked into the center comes out clean.
