3/4 lb. chicken, beef, or shrimp
2 T Lime juice
2 T Honey
1 T Oil
2 tsp. Chili powder
2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and marinate meat or shrimp for 6-8 hours in the refrigerator. Grill and serve with tortillas and your favorite fajita toppings.

I usually double the marinade and use 1 lb. of meat. Prior to adding the marinade, poke meat with a knife so the flavor can reach the center of the meat.
