1 chuck roast, 3-4 lbs.

Sauce:
1 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 T. sugar
1 T. butter
chili powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Roast beef until tender. Shred with two forks. Mix sauce ingredients and mix with beef.
