1 cup shortening
4 eggs beaten
2 cups sugar
6 bananas
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bananas, sugar and shortening. Add eggs one at a time. Sift dry ingredients, add above mixture to this stirring just until moistened. Bake 45-50 minutes at 375 degrees.
