1 large can pineapple chunks,3/4 cup sugar, 3 tbsp. flour, 3 tbsp. pineapple juice, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 11/2 cups Ritz crackers, 1/2 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice into bowl. Use 3tbsp. of juice,sugar flour. Cook until thickens. Pour over pineapple and cheese. Top with crackers and butter. Bake@ 350 for 30 minutes
