1 jar of pepper relish (Brazelton's is the best and is near the
pickles)
1 can black eyed peas
1 can whole kernel corn
4 stalks celery
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 big tomatoes
3/4 - 1 c. fat free Zesty Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
You'll need a big bowl for this one! Dump in the relish. Drain and rinse the black-eyed peas and corn and dump the in the bowl. Chop up the celery, onion, green pepper and tomatoes in small pieces. Dump them all in the bowl. Add the Italian dressing. Stir it all together and serve with tortilla chips. Soooo good!!!!
