1 fresh pineapple
1 c. coconut flakes
1 c. watermelon balls
1 1/2 c. honeydew balls
1 c. white grapes
1 pear, sliced
1 c. cottage cheese
1 tangerine, peeled and sectioned
1 c. cantaloupe balls
1 pt. fresh strawberries
1 apple, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pineapple in half lengthwise. Remove pineapple friut leaving the outer shell intact.Cut pineapple fruit into chunks. Mix with other fruit, coconut, and cottage cheese. Fill both halves of pineapple shell. Chill until ready to serve.
