40 oz. frozen shredded
1/2 t. black pepper
hashbrown potatoes
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded cheese, mixture
1/2 c. margarine, melted
Cheddar & Monterey Jack

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. In large bowl, combine hashbrowns, onions, cheese, pepper and salt. Add the soup and mix thoroughly. Add melted margarine and mix well.
Grease a 9x13 pan. Place hashbrown mixture in pan; do not pack down. Bake 1 hr. on top rack of oven, until golden brown. Let stand 5 min.
