6 medium unpeeled potatoes,
3 c. sour cream
baked
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella
1/4 t. salt
cheese
1/4 t. pepper
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar
1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
cheese

2 green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cut baked potatoes into 1 in cubes. Place half in greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the salt, pepper and bacon. Top with half of the sour cream and cheeses. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with onions.
