2 bunches of cooked broccoli 8 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, cooked and diced 2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup 1 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1/2 c. bread crumbs 3 Tbs. melted butter 1/2 c. shredded cheese
Lay broccoli and then chicken in a 9 x 13 greased baking dish. Mix the soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder together in a bowl and pour over chicken. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle on top of soup mix. Add cheese over the top and bake, uncovered at 350º for 30 minutes.
