2 bunches spinach
1 head lettuce
1 purple onion, chopped
8 slices bacon, cooked and cut into small pieces
3/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
3/4 lb. grated swiss cheese

Dressing:
3/4 T. poppy seeds
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. minced dried onion
1 T. yellow mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, drain and tear lettuce. Toss all salad ingredients together in a large bowl. Put all dressing ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake together. Toss with salad and serve immediately.
