8 qts peeled and cut tomatoes
3 lrg green peppers, ground
1 red hot pepper, ground
6 lrg onions, diced
1 bunch celery, ground
2 c sugar
5 Tbsp salt
2 tsp allspice
2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp dry mustard
2 c vinegar
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp Cheyenne red pepper

Bring to boil and let simmer for 4 hours. Sterilize bottles and boil lids. Fill bottles and seal.
