1 1/3 cup Minute Rice
1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
3 tbsp butter or margarine
1 1/3 cup beef or chicken bouillon
3/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Saute Minute Rice and onions in butter until rice is golden brown and onions are transparent. Gradually stir in bouillon. Add salt. Bring quickly to a boil, then cover, remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
