Lemon Bars Recipe

2 C flour
1 C butter
C powdered sugar
2 C sugar
1 C coconut
4 eggs
5 Tbsp flour
1 tsp baking powder
tsp salt
6 Tbsp Real Lemon Juice*

Mix well flour, butter, and powdered sugar and press into the bottom of a buttered 9x12 pan. Bake 350 for 23-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over hot crust. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
*If you have time, use the juice of 2-3 fresh lemons.
