8 -10 oz. fettuccine, or bowtie pasta
2 tsp. vegetable oil
2 chicken breasts
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 can diced tomatoes
cup Italian salad dressing
cup Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
cup chopped fresh basil leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, cut chicken into bite size pieces and cook in hot oil until done. Add mushrooms and cook another 3 minutes. Stir in tomatoes with their juices and the dressing. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Add cooked pasta to the pot and toss with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and fresh basil to serve.
