Cinnamon Crisps:
Flour tortillas
1 tbsp. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Apple Berry Salsa:
1 granny smith apple
1 cup strawberries
1 kiwi, peeled
1 small orange
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tortillas into chip size pieces. Brush with water and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake at 475° for 5 minutes until golden crisp. Let cool. Chop apple, strawberries, and kiwi into small pieces and combine. Squeeze juice from orange over fruit. Add brown sugar and mix together. Serve crisps with salsa. Possible variations: You can really use any fruit you have on hand for the salsa. Raspberries and blueberries are very good too. I have also used small orange pieces and mangos.
