2 egg yolks
1/3 c. pineapple juice
1 t. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 egg whites, beaten
1/4 stick oleo/butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 can pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together yolks, pineapple juice, vanilla, sugar and flour. Fold in beaten egg whites and set aside. In iron skillet, melt oleo and add brown sugar. Top with pineapple. Pour batter over pineapple. Bake for approx. 45 mins. at 350.
