2 avocados
3 tbsp. lemon juice
pinch of salt
1 cup sour cream
cup mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco mix
1 can refried beans
4-5 green onions, chopped fine
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
3 small cans sliced black olives
2 cups shredded Sharpe Cheddar cheese
1 large bag tortilla chips for dipping

Mash and mix the avocados, lemon juice and salt. Mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Layer ingredients in this order by spreading out on serving platter: 1. Refried beans, 2. Avocado mix, 3. Sour cream mix, 4. Cheese, 5. Tomatoes, 6. Onions, 7. Olives. Chill for 4-5 hours. Serve with chips on the side for dipping.

Possible variations: Cook lb. ground beef and add to refried beans. Add one can diced green chilies to the refried beans. Add a layer of shredded lettuce after the cheese.
