1 large can pears, drained
1 c. pear juice
1 large package jello
1 8oz. cream cheese
1/2 pint whipping cream or 8 to 10 oz. dairy whipped topping
1 small carton cottage cheese
8 to 10 oz. package slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pears, saving pear juice. Puree pears, set aside. Bring 1 c pear juice to a boil; add jello, stirring until dissolved. Add pureed pears and cream cheese; beat until smooth. Add more pear juice if too thick. Cool completely. Fold in whip cream and almonds. Place in shallow mold. Chill until firm.
