Ingredients:
1 lb. chicken breast or thighs, cubed
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and black pepper
cup hot sauce
cup ranch dressing
cup feta cheese crumbles

Directions:
Directions:
Add oil and butter to hot pan with the chicken. Season with salt and pepper and sear for 2 or 3 minutes, then add hot sauce. Reduce heat a little and cook 5 minutes more until chicken is done. Combine ranch dressing and cheese crumbles in a small bowl. Platter Buffalo chicken with toothpicks and sauce on the side and serve.

Variation: I don't like blue cheese dressings, but if you do, you can substitute for the ranch and feta.
