1/4 cup orange juice or apple cider vinegar
3 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 cup oil
1 envelope Good Seasons Oriental Sesame or Honey French
or Italian Salad dressing Mix
1 lb lean boneless beef sirloin or chicken, or pork loin cut into
strips
5 cups cut up fresh vegetables or 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen
mixed vegetables, thawed
Hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix juice, soy sauce, oil and salad dressing mix in cruet or small
bowl as directed on envelope.
Heat large skillet on medium heat. Cook meat in 1 tbsp. of
dressing mixture for 8 minutes or until cooked through.
Add vegetables and remaining dressing mixture; cook and stir
until vegetables are tender-crisp. Serve over rice.
