3/4 sirloin or flank steak cut into strips
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion, sliced
2 tsp oil
1 can (13 1/2 oz) beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp paprika
1/3 cup tomato paste or catsup
1/2 Cup sour cream

Brown meat quickly in oil, then add mushrooms and onions, and
cook, stirring, until onions are tender, about 3 minutes. Add
broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and tomato paste, and
bring to a boil. Stir in dry rice, cover and remove from heat. Let
stand 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream
