1 lge. can pumpkin 1/2 c. brown sugar pinch of salt 1 t. cinnamon 1/2 t. ginger 4 eggs beaten 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 t. vanilla
Combine eggs, pumpkin and spices, mix well. Add vanilla and milk gradually and mix well. Pour into two unbaked pie shells and bake 15 min. at 425 degrees; then 45 min. at 350 degrees, test with knife in middle.
