2 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, well beaten
5 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients together in order until smooth. Cook according to the directions of your waffle iron.
