1/2 c. dried cranberries 1/2 c. slivered almonds 2 c. cooked wild rice 1/2 c. pecan halves 1/2 c. raisins 2 green onions, chopped (optional) Dressing: Grated rind of 1/2 orange 1/4 c. olive oil 1/3 c. orange juice Salt and pepper to taste
Mix and toss first six ingredients. Mix dressing ingredients. Pour desired amount over wild rice mixture. Serve cold.
