3 eggs
¾ c. brown sugar
1 tin pumpkin
½ tsp. each nutmeg, cinnamon,
1 c. evaporated milk
ginger and salt
½ c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour into an unbaked pie crust. Bake at 400º F for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean.

Personal Notes:
I put foil over the crust edges for the first half of the cooking time to prevent them from getting too brown. Real whipped cream added to each slice is a must.
