avacados,skirt steak (or flap meat), limes, salsa, tortillas, lettuce, four mexican cheese

Directions:

spray meat with canola oil then BBQ to about medium well. Chop meat with the grain then against the grain into small pieces. We like to fry the shells lightly in canola oil. Put in the steak, squeeze some lime, avacado, little lettuce, cheese and salsa and enjoy!

You can use chicken tenders if you prefer chicken.
One big skirt steak will feed about 3-4 people 2 tacos each.
