6 c. (2 lbs.) sliced yellow crookneck summer squash
¼ c. chopped onions
1 package of herb stuffing
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded carrots



Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream and shredded carrots. Gently fold in squash/onion mixture. Pour over stuffing in casserole dish. Top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350º for 26 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
