Ingredients:  
3 Table spoons of flour, 1 c.sugar,1 egg beaten, 2 c. rhubarb (cut in small pieces), 2 plain pie crust.

Directions:
Directions:
sift together the flour and sugar. Add egg, beat thoroughly, then add rhubarb. Line pie pan with pie crust and pour in filling. Put on top crust and bake in 450º oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and bake for 35 more minutes.
