3 Egg Whites
1 C. Sugar
1 Tsp. Vanilla
23 Ritz Crackers (crushed)
1 C. Chopped Nuts
8 oz. Container of Whipped Topping

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until they stand in a peak, then add sugar and vanilla. Add this mixture to crackers and nuts. Blend well and pour into a buttered pie plate.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Top with whipped topping.
