2 cups persimmon
2 cups sugar
2 cups plain flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 stick margarine, melted
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 eggs
1/2 tsp soda
1 large can evaporated milk
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Mix all of the above ingredients and pour into a greased pan. Cook 40 minutes at 325 degrees or until done (soft to the touch, not hard).
