1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. minced onion
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 can (6 oz.) whole kernel corn
1/4 c. sliced olives
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and onion with garlic powder until meat is brown and onion is tender. Stir in tomato sauce, milk, egg, corn, olives, cornmeal, chili powder, and salt. Spoon into an 8 X 8 baking dish. Bake at 350º for 40 - 45 minutes; when pie is cooked, knife inserted in the middle will come out clean. Cut in squares and serve immediately.
