1 c. butter
1/2 c. confectioner's sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter in bowl and gradually add in confectioners sugar and salt. Cream until light and fluffy. Add pecans and vanilla and gradually add in flour. Using a teaspoon form batter into balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes. Do not brown. Cool slightly and roll in confectioners sugar.
